Watch: “Sheezus” by Lily Allen

23 Apr

Man, Lily is so sexy.  Even in her animated, colorful visuals for her 2014 effort’s title track — ‘Sheezus’.  Old school hip hop swagger from the soulful unretire.  Watch out…she might cut you.  Sucks that the record sprung a leak.  Praise be to Sheezus.

More country tunes to vibe to.  “Clockwork” is the new single & music video from buzzwortht B4M fav — Easton Corbin.  Love always seems to fall right on time as Easton keeps falling into the video vixen’s lovely eyes till he walks away.  The track is addicting.  Enjoy a new upcoming summer hit.

Watch: “I Don’t Dance” by Lee Brice

Neither do I…well, that’s false.  Drunk Just does like to cut a rug in two with his two left feet.  But normally…avoid it the best I can.  The track is quite lovely & the vintage visuals intercuts Lee Brice playing alone on stage with moments from his past including his wedding.

1st Song of the Day: “Californication” by Red Hot Chili Peppers

21 Apr

Whew!  I’m beat.  And it’s merely Monday morning.  Ugh.  Not a welcomed feeling as another crazy week begins.  Hopefully all the kinks were pushed down last week as our new queen is now battle tested.  My normal schedule is being altered to accompany her novice talents.

Busy weekend.  Hanged with friends Thursday, Friday, & Sunday.  Saturday was my only real day off…despite the fact I spent most of it driving around Hollywood.  Saw two flicks.  Yesterday traveled with the Comic Book team to Anaheim for WonderCon.  Bought more that I expected too.  Ain’t that always the case?  Now I’m back in the pilot seat.  “Dream on” playing on Sportscenter for the Boston marathon.  Oh sad Monday.  Really need to get back to the music.

Love this song.  Reminds me of all the tiny moments I love about Cali.  Namesake.  A state of mind really.  One I never really leave.  Then I’ll pull a David D & fuck any blonde bitch that passes my way.  #SexAddict.  Let’s get going.  Cali Flashback to kick-off lunes.

Watch: “Sleepwalking” by The Chain Gang of 1974

17 Apr

Grand Theft Auto V’s iconic track, “Sleepwalking”, now has a hauntingly cool visuals. Intercuts of wild…passionate…love at night.  Fantastic video that reminds me of ‘Drive’.  This is a single that deserves a buy.

Watch: “Sweatpants” by Childish Gambino (feat. Problem)

14 Apr

Gambino didn’t like how the video was publicized.  I’m okay with it.  Still apart of the bizzare ‘Because The Internet’.  Great song.  Even better visuals…the footage is shot extremely well; boarding on beautiful.
